KOMO NEWS, SEATTLE, WA - We now know the name of the man that law enforcement said is responsible for a massive fire at a SeaTac apartment complex. That fire displaced over 80 people and sent four people to the hospital. The King County Prosecutor's Office said the man's name is Michael Rengstorff. Rengstorff did not appear in court Monday because deputies said he was “acting inappropriately." He is expected to remain in the King County Jail with a $200,000 bail.
