KOMO NEWS, SEATTLE, WA - An Edmonds man has pleaded guilty to possessing Molotov cocktail devices that he used to set fire to Seattle police vehicles during a May protest that turned violent. According to the plea agreement, 20-year-old Kelly Thomas Jackson made the destructive devices after researching how on the internet. Jackson faces up to 10 years in prison on each of the two counts of possession of a destructive device when he’s sentenced on March 29.
