KIMA-TV CBS NEWS YAKIMA - Yakima police arrested a man after they say he admitted to starting a fire inside of a truck, causing damages to a home garage and another vehicle. Police received a dispatch call about a garage fire incident located at the 500 block of N. 16th Ave. at about 4:20 a.m. on Monday. A homeowner told an officer woke up to an alarm on his cellphone alerting that the motion sensors of his surveillance cameras were activated in the garage. The owner continued to tell officers that he saw 33-year-old Abraham S. Ramos was standing by his burning yellow Ford truck. Police say the man was remained at the scene, but was not wearing any shoes and a shirt. During questioning, police say Ramos was not sure of his name or birth date, and identified him based on his tattoo information.
